Delete Your Account
Overview
You can delete your Feetsco account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All data is fully purged within 24 hours of your request.
Option 1: Delete In-App (Recommended)
- Open the Feetsco app
- Go to Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Type DELETE to confirm
Your account and data will be permanently removed within 24 hours.
Option 2: Request via Email
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by emailing privacy@feetsco.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your Feetsco account so we can verify your identity.
We will process email-based deletion requests within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Account information (name, email, authentication credentials)
- Financial data (transactions, balances, account metadata)
- Receipts (uploaded images, email receipts, OCR data)
- Goals and nudges
- Bank and email connections
- Encryption keys
- Search index entries
What Gets Anonymized
A small amount of operational data is anonymized rather than deleted to maintain system integrity and financial audit compliance:
- LLM usage records — cost data only, with no association to your account
- Subscription records — retained for financial audit compliance, with no association to your account
Anonymized data cannot be used to identify you.
Timeline
- In-app deletion: Fully processed within 24 hours
- Email requests: Verified and processed within 30 days
